- Clear quality defect: contact support with your order and the affected timestamp. We review the problem and arrange a repair or appropriate remedy.
- Change of mind: no discretionary refund for a result delivered as described, or a new look, new photos or another take.
- Delivery or billing failure: contact us. Duplicate charges, inability to deliver and mandatory consumer remedies are handled separately.
