This page describes what this site actually does today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Photos you upload
- We re-save every photo on upload and remove its hidden data (location, camera model, date).
- Photos are stored privately and only shown to the browser that uploaded them, through links that expire after a few minutes.
- Photos you upload but don't use for a video are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Photos used for a video stay with that order so you can retry without uploading again. Email us and we'll delete them, along with the video.
- We don't use your photos to train models, and we don't show them publicly.
Who processes them
To create your video, your two photos are sent to Higgsfield for AI video generation. We process and store the result privately on our server. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.
What we keep about you
- Your email from checkout, so you can recover your videos on another device.
- Your orders, what you bought and the status of each video.
- Essential cookies only: one that links this browser to your videos, and your language/currency choice. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at support@duotap.cc. Include your order number if you have it.
